Nooz is an international eCommerce selling cutting-edge glasses which combine the utility of conventional reading glasses with a stylish design. They have achieved a universal solution that fits all nose shapes, and is very comfortable to wear.

01. The Request

Nooz wants to increase leads and conversions through their online shop and build and increase their email database. Nooz also wants to reduce their CPA, use different acquisition channels and optimize conversion on their website.

02. Our Response

We focused on improving the social media presence of Nooz through a Facebook campaign (with rich audio-visual content) that promoted the USPs of the product, while associating a certain lifestyle to the glasses. The campaign targeted the a carefully constructed series of customer personas all over Europe.

We also invested in aggressive email marketing – in 5 different languages – with a series of A/B tests on the newsletters, promotional emails, limited edition launches and abandoned cart automations.

03. The results

Our campaigns and marketing support resulted in an average email open rate of 32% (2x more than the industry level) and an average Click rate of 12,6% (4x more than the industry level). When it comes to Social Media, the engagement rate of the Facebook posts has more than tripled. This generated hundreds of client testimonials supporting the success of those campaigns.
